Yongmeori Coast

Located where the foothills of Sanbangsan Mountain meet the coastline, Yongmeori Coast takes its name from its striking resemblance to a dragon's head descending into the sea. The area features magnificent sandstone cliffs, formed by layers of sediment accumulated over tens of millions of years and sculpted into otherworldly shapes by the relentless waves. Visitors can explore the unique geological wonders and discover charming local attractions through the Sanbangsan Yongmeori Coast Geological Trail (Courses A and B).
